Returns and Refund Policy for RIS the Label

At RIS the Label, we want you to feel confident in your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the option to return your item under the following conditions:

Returns Policy

  • We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@risthelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at iriscaubergh@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
